Exportación de la conserva de berenjena de Ecuador

Abstract

El Ecuador posee variedad de productos tradicionales y no tradicionales, en la actualidad los productos no tradicionales están tomando ventaja por ser atractivos en los diferentes mercados extranjeros teniendo como objetivo incentivar la comercialización y dar a conocer nuevos productos, tomando en cuenta las tendencias del comercio exterior con su respectivo estudio de demandas para poder segmentar los productos de una manera apropiada, logrando expandirse al mercado internacional. Con respecto a la metodología de la investigación se utilizará descriptiva y exploratoria, que ayudan a seleccionar las características, diferentes perfiles y tendencias de grupos determinados los cuales se asemejan al objetivo que se plantea. El producto por ofrecer considerado también artesanal es la conserva de berenjena que proviene de su hortaliza la cual se cultiva en provincias cálidas del Ecuador, logrando que el producto terminado sea un alimento saludable preservando sus propiedades como los minerales, vitaminas, fibras las cuales ayudan al sistema inmunológico.
