A agenda de reformas para os sistemas de saúde: uma análise das propostas das agências internacionais

Abstract

O presente artigo apresenta uma análise crítica detalhada das prescrições da “agenda internacional para as políticas de saúde†formulada pelas agências internacionais Banco Mundial (BM) e Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS). A metodologia é composta pela revisão bibliográfica de relatórios e documentos técnicos e de bibliografia pertinente ao tema. Utilizamos ainda como estudo de caso a implementação do pluralismo estruturado na Colômbia, apoiado tecnicamente pelo BM e posteriormente tomado como uma proposta de sucesso da OMS para os demais países da América Latina.
