A importância do líder na gestão de conflitos

Abstract

Nesse artigo, discutimos sobre a importância do líder na gestão de conflitos para identificação, diferenciação e solução dos diferentes tipos de situações. Visamos encontrar pontos de melhorias nos relacionamentos entre líderes e liderados de diversos setores que compõe a equipe corporativa com o objetivo de instigar melhores resultados no empreendimento. Esse trabalho procura contribuir para gerenciamento de conflitos e auxiliar empresas e líderes a melhorarem sua visão na tratativa dos problemas, pois quando se há o problema e não há busca de solução pode ocasionar diversos fatores no ambiente de trabalho. A metodologia utilizada nesse trabalho foi constituída por uma revisão bibliográfica adotando as seguintes abordagens: qualitativa, descritiva e explicativa com levantamento bibliográfico de livros e artigos da internet.
