Impactos de Fakes News nas rotinas de trabalho de profissionais de comunicação

Abstract

O presente estudo teve por objetivo verificar quais são os principais complicadores que as notícias falsas, ou fakes news, proporcionam aos profissionais de comunicação do estado de Santa Catarina no Brasil. A natureza da pesquisa é quantitativa e qualitativa, utilizou-se o tipo da pesquisa descritiva e exploratória. Para a coleta de dados, aplicou-se um questionário, sendo que se obteve 102 profissionais de comunicação como respondentes. Assim, constatou que: a maioria dos respondentes não esboçam nenhuma reação ao se deparar com uma notícia fake news, embora possuam a impressão de que cada vez mais as pessoas têm compartilhado notícias falsas sem perceber ou até mesmo intencionalmente.
