Gestión por Procesos en el área de Mantenimiento del Sector Agroindustrial Sucroalcoholero Ecuatoriano

Abstract

La presente investigación hace énfasis a la importancia de la gestión por procesos en el departamento de mantenimiento de las Agroindustria sucroalcoholeras, las mismas que son empresas dedicadas a la producción de azúcar y alcohol a partir de la cosecha de la caña de azúcar. Los altos costos de mantenimiento, la correcta asignación de indicadores, la falta de una correcta gestión de compras y la planificación del mantenimiento son factores de una gestión por procesos que inciden en la productividad del área, por tal razón estas empresas apuntan al mejoramiento eficiente en todas sus etapas.
