Gestión de inventarios a través de la clasificación ABC a empresas dedicadas a la venta de materiales de construcción

Abstract

A lo largo de la historia ha sido de vital importancia el maximizar el control de inventarios, debido a que de estos depende el progreso de una empresa. A través del presente artículo se describió tres metodologías que pueden aplicarse a la hora de controlar un inventario, esto con la finalidad de alcanzar un desempeño óptimo en las ganancias de la empresa. La metodología que resultó tener mayor eficiencia fue el método de clasificación ABC, ya que a través de la misma se logra designar los costos que son clave en el proceso productivo determinando el nivel de eficiencia y eficacia de que ha alcanzado la gestión financiera.
