O comportamento do consumidor do e-commerce: uma analise regional

Abstract

Com a ascensão do e-commerce, emerge a necessidade de compreender os fatores que influenciam o comportamento do consumidor online. Este trabalho constitui-se por meio de uma pesquisa de campo, que busca identificar padrões de consumo e a influência da opinião na decisão de compra, aplicada em um grupo de acadêmicos de Ciências Econômicas da Universidade Estadual do Centro Oeste, destacando a importância do fator risco, e como a opinião de outros consumidores servem de suporte na decisão de compra em análises prévias da existência de fraudes, da qualidade de lojas e produtos ofertados, dentre outras informações.
