A influência da gestão de pessoas no relacionamento interpessoal em agencias de cooperativa de crédito

Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo visa tratar a importância da influência da gestão de pessoas nos relacionamentos Interpessoais dentro do ambiente organizacional das cooperativas de crédito na concepção dos líderes e funcionários. Para atingir este objetivo utilizou-se como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica em livros, artigos e pesquisa aplicada, por meio de questionários aberto e fechado. O trabalho contempla o referencial teórico que mostra o desenvolvimento do conceito de relacionamento interpessoal, demonstrando os fatores que influenciam o relacionamento interpessoal nas cooperativas pesquisadas na percepção dos líderes e funcionários. Demonstrou-se também as cinco habilidades que os líderes precisam para manter um relacionamento interpessoal de qualidade para gerenciamento das pessoas.
