Estructura organizacional en la gestión comercial y su incidencia en las empresas inmobiliarias

Abstract

El sector inmobiliario es una de las actividades de mayor aporte económico en el país razón por lo que se han creado muchas empresas con este modelo de negocio las cuáles no tienen una estructura organizacional establecida para una correcta planificación y comunicación debido a las facilidades y ventajas de iniciarse en esta actividad comercial de forma independiente careciendo en los resultados de gestión, arriesgando la sostenibilidad de la organización. Por ello, esta investigación tiene como finalidad analizar la estructura organizacional en la gestión comercial y su incidencia en las empresas inmobiliarias; así como, establecer la importancia de la aplicación de dicha estructura; además, de determinar el aporte que efectúa hacia los trabajadores del sector inmobiliario, el método empleado fue de tipo no experimental con características descriptivas, la técnica aplicada fue la encuesta a los agentes inmobiliarios resultados que ayudaron a comprender las percepciones de los actores.
