El coaching como herramienta para el desarrollo de los recursos humanos en la empresa jardines de Manabí

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza con un enfoque cuantitativo la incidencia del coaching específicamente el coaching ontológico en la gestión y desarrollo de los Recursos Humanos de una organización privada del Ecuador como lo es la empresa Jardines de Manabí, utilizando variables como la Inteligencia Emocional y el Liderazgo. Se realizan mediciones de la inteligencia emocional y de las competencias de liderazgo percibidas por los colaboradores (seguidores) de la institución, antes y después de la intervención de un coach ontológico certificado con los directivos de la organización.
