Gestão de uma indústria beneficiadora de óleo de palma no município de Moju- PA, no período de 2009 a 2013

Abstract

Identificar lacunas no processo produtivo e tomar ações para melhora-las contribui para o sucesso das organizações. Porém dada a sua complexidade não é possível agir em todas as causas. Desta forma este trabalho propõe uma técnica para seleção de projetos de melhoria do sistema de produção, alinhado à estratégia produtiva da organização. Para tal foram utilizados o instrumento de diagnóstico de produção de organizações complexas (IDPoC) e o método multicritério de apoio à decisão (MCDA). O IDPoC identifica o estado atual e as principais deficiências do sistema produtivo, sugerindo melhorias.
