Aprendizagem organizacional: fatores de geração de conhecimento em uma concessionária de motocicletas

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo foi compreender como ocorre a aprendizagem organizacional em uma concessionária de motocicletas. Dessa forma, a metodologia utilizada foi de abordagem qualitativa, com objetivo exploratório e descritivo, com método de campo e técnica de observação, com aplicação de um questionário contendo 18 (dezoito) questões fechadas e abertas, realizado com 20 (vinte) colaboradores, distribuídos em todos os níveis hierárquicos da empresa. Os fatores utilizados na análise de aprendizagem organizacional foram delineados conforme apontamentos da revisão bibliográfica, sendo os seguintes: métodos e técnicas de aprendizagem, recursos de disponibilizados pela empresa, processo de aprendizagem, criação de ambiente motivador.
