La evaluación como proceso de mejora continua de la gestión económico financiera empresarial

Abstract

El entorno actual en que se desenvuelve la economía cubana demanda el fortalecimiento del sector empresarial en términos de eficiencia, eficacia y competitividad, por lo que es necesario disponer de herramientas que contribuyan a la mejora continua de la gestión económico financiera. En este sentido, la evaluación económico financiera constituye un proceso que posibilita no solo valorar como se han manejado los recursos materiales, financieros y humanos en la actividad empresarial, sino que además, permite identificar problemas objetivos y subjetivos, así como diseñar políticas y acciones encaminadas al perfeccionamiento de la gestión económico financiera.
