Abstract

El presente artículo, pretende dar a conocer la importancia del análisis financiero en la toma de decisiones de las empresas cárnicas, considerando la investigación cualitativa con alcance explicativo, porque es necesario indicar primeramente conceptos que permitirán comprender mejor el tema y a través de ellos analizar la situación financiera de las empresas con el fin de maximizar los resultados esperados, es decir los objetivos planteados. Se logró determinar que la industria cárnica en los últimos años ha decrecido en sus ventas, causa de los consumidores han cambiado sus preferencias en el comer.
