Presentación de la cerveza artesanal marca Alquimia en Horecas

Abstract

J&M Cervecería Artesanal, empresa nacional a constituirse en el sector norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, se suma a la elaboración y distribución de cerveza artesanal con la marca Alquimia, sin embargo, la marca enfrenta varios inconvenientes. En la actualidad, para el registro de una marca de cerveza artesanal y su comercialización, existen excesivos trámites legales, así como también de requisitos para su desarrollo, causando una limitación en los canales de distribución. Otra adversidad que afronta J&M, es la facilidad de producción de cerveza artesanal, ocasionando que exista un exceso de marcas, brindándole un auge en la manufactura de esta bebida alcohólica en el país.
