Abstract

En la investigación titulada: financiamiento y capacitación en la rentabilidad de las MYPES del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018, se observa que, existe baja incidencia del financiamiento y la capacitación en la rentabilidad de las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector turismo, rubro agencias de viaje, para poder seguir en este ritmo ascendente. El objetivo general es: Determinar la incidencia del financiamiento y la capacitación en la rentabilidad de las micro y pequeñas empresas de transporte del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018. Asimismo, los objetivos específicos son: Describir las principales características de los gerentes y/o representantes legales de las MYPE de transporte del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018. 1. Describir las principales características de las MYPE de transporte del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018. 2. Determinar la permanencia en el rubro de las MYPE de transporte del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018. 3. Describir las principales características de la capacitación de las MYPE de transporte del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018. 4. Determinar si las MYPE de transporte del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018 están constituidas formalmente. La hipótesis se planteó: Existe baja incidencia del financiamiento y la capacitación en la rentabilidad de las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018. La población y muestra fueron calculadas en base a las empresas del sector en estudio de Chiclayo. El tipo de estudio es cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, diseño No experimental. Se concluye, existe incidencia significativa del financiamiento y la capacitación en la rentabilidad de las micro y pequeñas empresas de transporte del sector turismo, Chiclayo 2018.
