La gestión del conocimiento en la empresa. Integración de diferentes procesos para la toma de decisiones eficientes

Abstract

La principal misión de la Gestión del Conocimiento es crear un ambiente en el que el conocimiento y la información disponibles en una organización sean accesibles y puedan ser usados para estimular la innovación y hacer posible mejorar las decisiones. La empresa precisa de la integración de subsistemas para cumplir objetivos; del mismo modo en la gestión de los intangibles se necesita de esta integración. Gestionar conocimiento significa poner a disposición de la toma de decisiones las mejores prácticas y experiencias del personal. Desarrollar competencias no es solamente diseñar puestos de trabajo y cumplir eficientemente con una capacitación y formación planificada, se necesita de un desarrollo e interacción de conocimientos vinculados con el proceder del perfil ocupacional.
