Caída del empleo formal en México como consecuencia del estancamiento económico

Abstract

el artículo analiza el comportamiento del empleo en 2019 en la economía mexicana, para lo cual se parte de un breve análisis del empleo mundial. Posteriormente se aborda la generación de empleo en el sector formal de la economía mexicana en el periodo de 2005 a 2019 debido a que este espacio de tiempo incluye a la Gran Recesión. Se observa la relación entre el crecimiento de la economía y la generación de trabajo formal. México se encuentra con una economía estancada, lo que le ha afectado en la generación de empleo en el sector formal. Se concluye que existe una relación inversa ente PIB y empleo, por lo que se deben crear condiciones propicias para incrementar la inversión y con ello la generación de puestos de trabajo. El análisis es de tipo coyuntural y descriptivo, donde se utiliza el método deductivo.
