Abstract

Un plan de negocios es un instrumento de trabajo que permite comprobar la viabilidad de una idea que se plantee permitiendo así interpretar el tipo de actividad empresarial que mantendría, trazarse objetivos, calcular resultados que se obtendrían y establecer recursos realmente necesarios convirtiéndose en un punto de partida para el análisis dela factibilidad de una empresa, en este caso se analizará la creación de una microempresa de diseño y mantenimiento de jardinería a domicilio en la zona residencial del cantón Samborondón.
