Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la cooperativa de transporte pesado base norte, “TRANSPEBANOR S.A†de la ciudad de Guayaquil, dedicada a la transportación de carga pesada; para ello se planteó como objetivo general el diseño de un manual de procesos administrativos para mejorar el desempeño organizacional de la compañía. El método a utilizar en la investigación es el descriptivo. Los tipos de investigación fueron los métodos inductivos, deductivos y analíticos. Las técnicas aplicadas fueron observación y encuesta. La población de donde se obtuvo la información fue compuesta por el personal exactamente de la empresa lo cual fueron 14 personas.
