Optimización del ciclo de conversión de efectivo de la compañía Procesos Gráficos – PROGRAF

Abstract

Las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES) en el Ecuador dependen del flujo generado por sus operaciones comerciales, industriales o de servicios para poder cubrir obligaciones con sus proveedores y empleados; para esto las organizaciones necesitan disponer de la liquidez necesaria que se obtiene mediante su ciclo de conversión de efectivo. La no aplicación de controles a las fases que controlan el ciclo de conversión del efectivo puede generar retrasos en sus procesos y como resultado iliquidez a corto plazo, de esta forma las organizaciones no al no ser capaces de cubrir sus obligaciones optan por financiamiento externo el cual genera gastos por concepto de intereses que generalmente no son planificados.
