Meta-avaliação do relatório de auditoria operacional no programa de revitalização da bacia hidrográfica do rio São Francisco sob a perspectiva da macro-escola gerencialista de políticas públicas

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar e avaliar o Relatório de Auditoria Operacional no Programa de Revitalização da Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio São Francisco (RPRSF), realizado em 2012 pelo Tribunal de Contas da União e coordenado pelo Ministério do Meio Ambiente (MMA), por meio da Secretaria de Recursos Hídricos e Ambiente Urbano (SRHU), no Brasil. Foram utilizadas categorias de meta-avaliação a fim coletar aspectos relevantes para atender ao objetivo proposto. De acordo com a literatura mais recente, compreende-se que os governos têm direcionado os programas sociais visando adotar critérios de avaliação.
