Abstract

El estudio de las teorías, realizado acorde con las perspectivas de la gestión financiera del desarrollo social de los países en desarrollo en un contexto de descentralización administrativa, sirvió de punto de partida para la concepción de este trabajo. Su objetivo es diseñar un esquema para la gestión financiera del desarrollo social de los municipios de la nación angolana. Esta concepción se enfoca al perfeccionamiento de las finanzas municipales y responde a los objetivos de desarrollo social determinados en los Planes de Desarrollo Integral Municipal.
