Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de consultoría especializada en la reinserción laboral de profesionales mayores de 35 años

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo aportar con la búsqueda de cientos de personas que se sienten discriminadas por su edad, realizando el estudio de factibilidad para la creación de la empresa de consultoría, ofreciendo el servicio de reclutamiento, selección, capacitación y colocación en diversas empresas con altos índices de ausentismo por permisos de embarazo materno, por ejemplo, u otros tipos de ausentismo.
