Diseño organizacional para una empresa automotriz AS

Abstract

La propuesta plasmada en esta investigación se analizar el desempeño organizacional de la empresa Automotriz AS., esta investigación es sustentada mediante varios conceptos explicados en el marco teórico que ayudaran a comprender todos los pasos necesarios para la evaluación organizacional. Para la recolección de datos y la identificación de las falencias de la empresa se hizo el uso de metodologías que proporcionaron información relevante para la creación del plan organizacional. A partir de esto se obtuvo la orientación para la división departamental, el monitoreo de las actividades de los empleados, la especialización del trabajo de cada uno de ellos, las responsabilidades únicas de cada departamento y del equipo que lo conforma. El fin de esta investigación es conformar una propuesta para la empresa Automotriz AS. que proporcione una dirección eficiente.
