Abstract

El presente documento analiza temas de deontología aplicada a profesionales de ingeniería de la empresa MASTER CONTROL ENGINEERING, encargada en instalaciones de gas licuado de petróleo. Este análisis nos permitirá conocer como debe ser el cumplimiento de las normas en el sector industrial, para evitar errores o accidentes en un futuro. Con el pasar del tiempo se ha visto la necesidad de implementar códigos de ética a través de un buen líder que transmita una buena conducta a todos los trabajadores que conforman una empresa industrial, así se alcanzara la excelencia y un óptimo trabajo en equipo.
