Plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa de servicios de asesoría administrativa empresarial

Abstract

Según un estudio realizado por la Cámara de la Pequeña Industria del Guayas sobre el estado situacional del sector PYME, presenta que el 78% de las liquidaciones en el sector, se deben a la inadecuada administración en temas laborales y comerciales; por ello, los empresarios pertenecientes a estas organizaciones, están dispuestos a contratar los servicios de asesoría administrativa empresarial, teniendo en cuenta que sus falencias se centran principalmente en temas administrativos de funciones laborales y procesos comerciales, razón por lo cual, muchas empresas fracasan en su ejercicio empresarial.
