Abstract

La Estación de Servicios Dominicana es una empresa privada que inició sus operaciones en marzo del año 1998 como un negocio familiar en el cantón Eloy Alfaro sabiéndose mantener en el mercado por ya casi 20 años, desde los inicios de sus actividades ha sido gestionada mediante una administración tradicional, no obstante, el crecimiento de la población y el desarrollo urbano ha dado lugar a tener competidores lo cual han hecho disminuir las ventas.
