Abstract

En la actualidad se habla mucho de una sociedad del conocimiento y de la información, de un mundo totalmente globalizado causado por el avance tecnológico en la era del saber, que ha generado constantes cambios con el transcurso de los días, esto ha hecho que los mercados sean cada vez más competitivos, dinámicos, versátiles y con un constante cambio. Es por ello que las pequeñas y medianas empresas en un intento por superar los desafíos existentes en el medio se ven en la obligación de adoptar nuevas y eficientes herramientas de gestión para el buen desarrollo de sus organizaciones.
