Abstract

La presente investigación de grado busca estudiar un plan de negocios para implementar una inmobiliaria constructora en la Ciudad de Quevedo, Provincia de Los Ríos para llevar a efecto dicho estudio se siguió procesos metodológicos acordes a técnicas, fuentes y demás datos relevantes que ayudaron al desarrollo de la investigación con planteamientos de objetivos claros que permitieron diseñar la investigación. Se estudió el mercado para conocer la demanda de viviendas en dicha localidad, existiendo un alto índices de familias que no cuentan con una casa propia convirtiéndose así en los principales clientes al cual ofertar el producto, se diseñó el estudio técnico con un proceso de ingeniería que permitió ver como se estructuraría la futura empresa constructora.
