CRM para la fidelización de clientes de la operadora turística Kapital Tours S.A. de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

La gestión de relaciones con los clientes, conocida como CRM, es aplicada a metodologías, software y sistemas generales organizacionales, que ayudan a las empresas a una gestión más eficiente de las relaciones entre la entidad y sus clientes, con procesos organizativos que benefician a la fidelización éstos hacia los paquetes turísticos y servicios que brinda la empresa. Siendo así, el presente documento, se justifica debido a la importancia de establecer un CRM para la empresa KAPITAL TOURS S.A., como una medida que reestructurará e innovará la relación entre la empresa y sus clientes, mediante estrategias de mercadeo en la utilización de herramientas tecnológicas de actualidad, aplicadas profesionalmente para afianzar dicha relación bilateral.
