Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un manual de procedimientos en la logística de distribución de transporte de carga pesada para la compañía LOBTRANS S.A., mediante una secuencia de procesos en la distribución logística que influya en el incremento de los niveles de eficiencia operativa. Mediante un enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo) se establecieron métodos y el uso de herramientas para la recopilación de información a través de entrevistas, encuestas y ficha de observación donde participaron el gerente, jefe de operaciones y clientes de la compañía. Los resultados permitieron definir los parámetros para el diseño de la propuesta que busca ser un documento técnico que aporte a los operadores logísticos con lineamientos específicos que influyan en el mejoramiento de la logística aplicada al transporte terrestre de carga pesada.
