Abstract

La Cooperativa de Transporte Marcelino Maridueña es una asociación que ejerce servicio de transporte público hace 40 años en la localidad que lleva su mismo nombre, es importante resaltar que es la única cooperativa que brinda servicios a la comunidad en general. A pesar de esta gran ventaja, no ha logrado fidelizar a sus usuarios, ya que la calidad de infraestructura y condiciones de las unidades han generado las posibilidades de que los usuarios busquen servicios de transporte alternativo en los cantones aledaños.
