Abstract

En el presente análisis se da un enfoque sobre el empaque y embalaje debido que son aspectos importantes a tener en consideración para realizar una exportación, sin embargo existen exportadores que desconocen las normas y leyes que deben cumplir para que sus productos puedan ingresar a ciertos países de destino. En este análisis se creará una guía para que los exportadores conozcan los parámetros y las disposiciones que deben cumplir sus productos, ya que cada país tiene sus propias leyes y normativas de aceptación como países de Estados Unidos, Unión Europea y sobre todo los países de Latinoamérica.
