Análise da política fiscal do Governo Dilma Rousseff (2011 A 2015)

Abstract

O artigo tem por objetivo analisar a funcionalidade da política fiscal no governo Dilma Rousseff. Buscou-se evidenciar em que consistiram as medidas fiscais adotadas pelo governo no período de 2011 a 2015. A metodologia aplicada contempla uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, sendo constituída de dados secundários que foram coletados em órgãos oficiais. Assim, verificou-se que, num primeiro momento, o governo adotou uma política fiscal superficialmente expansionista. E, num segundo momento, pós-reeleição em 2014, seguiu uma política de austeridade com objetivo de ajustar as contas públicas. Diante disso, constatou-se que a política fiscal não teve aplicabilidade para resolver os problemas da crise da economia brasileira.
