Abstract

La presente investigación está centrada en analizar la situación actual y plantear la elaboración de un manual de funciones administrativas como una solución para mejorar el ambiente laboral en la Cooperativa de Transporte Señor de los Milagros del Cantón Daule. La Cooperativa de Transporte Señor de los Milagros del Cantón Daule es una empresa que se dedica al servicio de transportación pública inter cantonal entre las ciudades: Daule y Guayaquil, cuyas oficinas administrativas se encuentran ubicadas en el cantón Daule de la Provincia del Guayas.
