Tendência do regime de crescimento econômico brasileiro no período 1997-2016: uma análise de câmbio, juros e gastos governamentais

Abstract

Na trajetória de busca pelo desenvolvimento econômico por países em situação de subdesenvolvimento, diferentes regimes de crescimento econômico são possíveis para realizarem tal percurso, dentre eles os regimes do tipo export-led e profit-led. Buscando analisar se o Brasil, no período que vai de 1997 a 2016, se aproxima mais de um regime de crescimento econômico export-led ou profit-led, este trabalho busca, a partir da determinação de um modelo econométrico e da estimação de seus coeficientes, observar se o país apresenta uma maior tendência para um regime de crescimento do tipo export-led ou do tipo profit-led.
