Impacto de la gestión administrativa en las PYMES del Ecuador

Abstract

El presente artículo habla sobre una gestión administrativa eficiente, dirigida directamente a las pymes, permitiéndoles identificar la necesidad de los clientes y así, dar una guía que contenga diferentes factores que contribuyan al análisis de su gestión. Se ha considerado la capacidad de realizar estudios de la formación en cada una de las áreas de las pymes, considerando que el conocimiento de la misma es indispensable para la formación y desarrollo profesional de los administradores, con la finalidad de hacer una evaluación integral y conocer el estado en que se encuentra la empresa y su evolución.
