La percepción de la RSE de los empresarios de las Mypes del centro del país

Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial se refiere tanto al involucramiento como al compromiso que muestran las pequeñas y medianas empresas hacia su entorno. Es decir, a la interacción que existe entre los diferentes grupos de interés que son afectados de una u otra forma a causa de las actividades operacionales que se realizan en las organizaciones; lo cual provoca diferentes impactos tanto a nivel social, económico y ambiental, los mismos que ni siquiera son percibidos a pesar de la realización de muchas acciones relacionadas con el tema no son tratadas desde la perspectiva de la gestión, sino más bien desde el punto de vista del cumplimento legal.
