Abstract

La presente investigación indaga las funciones que realizan los Social Media Manager y los Community Manager en las agencias de publicidad en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Evidenciando claramente que los Community Manager deben ejecutar y estar interactuando día a día con los usuarios en las diferentes comunidades siendo así la voz de esa comunidad. Tanto que el Social Media Manager es el estratega que va a desarrollar los objetivos estratégicos de los negocios en los medios sociales. Sus objetivos son a medio-largo plazo, y debe fijar y perfilar los tipos de usuarios que buscan una empresa o marca con las debidas estrategias digitales.
