Abstract

El presente artículo científico tiene como objetivo el diseño de un modelo de gestión administrativa para las empresas productoras de ladrillo, que contribuya al desarrollo económico – social de éste sector productivo. Nace de la necesidad de quienes realizan esta labor y de mejorar sus procesos de Planificación, Organización, Dirección, Coordinación y Control.
