Abstract

Las finanzas corporativas o administración financiera se centran en las decisiones monetarias que efectúan las empresas y en herramientas de análisis aplicadas en el proceso de la toma de decisiones, en este contexto la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar un análisis de los procesos de la gestión financiera y el manejo de recursos económicos y financieros del caso de estudio, una vez concluido dicho análisis se evidencio un manejo inadecuado que ha provocado resultados negativos para la organización, es así que se concluyó que el pilar fundamental de la gestión empresarial es la administración financiera.
