Abstract

En la actualidad las agencias de publicidad se vuelven más competitivas creando así un completo proceso de realización de una campaña publicitaria con el fin de otorgar el mejor servicio a los clientes ya que buscan mejorar y alcanzar sus objetivos a través de este medio, a partir de la idea de crear, diseñar, optimizar y potencializar el servicio logrando cautivar al cliente y manteniendo una imagen favorable en el mercado.
