El diseño del producto y su importancia en la satisfacción del cliente

Abstract

El presente trabajo expone los criterios a tener en consideración durante el diseño de un producto en la satisfacción del cliente, mediante las diferentes técnicas que existen para la valorización de la misma atravez de distintos métodos para medir la satisfacción de los clientes en un producto adquirido. Así como el diseño apropiado del producto a comercializar. Mediante un análisis se determinó que un papel determinante en la satisfacción del cliente es además del diseño del producto la calidad del mismo para su satisfacción plena.
