Abstract

Las Operadoras de Transporte Publico en la actualidad constituyen una prioridad para el ser humano al momento de desplazarse de un lugar a otro. La economía, la industria, la educación y las diferentes actividades propias de las personas giran al entorno al transporte. No obstante, es una de las preocupaciones de las autoridades de las operadoras de transporte es no brindar un servicio de calidad, puntual, eficiente, rápido, seguro.
