Abstract

El análisis se basa en evidenciar las consecuencias que generan los contenedores en abandono dentro de la concesionaria CONTECON y T.P.G. del Puerto de Guayaquil, de todas las pérdidas tanto económicas como operativas que ocasionan no tener disponibles las unidades. Las líneas navieras tienen dificultades para la recuperación de sus contenedores debido a los requisitos y procesos establecidos por la SENAE durante diversos periodos, incluyendo la declaración del abandono definitivo y el tiempo para subsanar.
