Abstract

La presente investigación procura dar un guía a los empresarios al momento de presentarse alguna necesidad de flujos o liquidez, y la existencia de mecanismos que ayudan a alcanzarlo. Los procesos contables y los controles en el expuesto son de gran importancia para el lector, ya que le permite dar un idea como es el proceso de la titularización desde la constitución hasta la culminación del mismo.
