Análisis de la aplicación de la norma ISO 19011 de la gestión de la calidad ambiental en la manipulación de desechos industriales

Abstract

El presente análisis a la Auditoría del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad sobre la Norma ISO, ha sido elaborada conforme a los lineamientos de la Norma Internacional ISO 19011:2011, que básicamente son directrices para la ejecución de la Auditoría de Sistemas de Gestión, la que establece cuatro fases que son: planificación y elaboración del programa de auditoría, ejecución de la auditoría, presentación del informe y seguimiento de auditoría. Para el desarrollo, el presente trabajo se ha dividido en tres capítulos.
