Abstract

Los salarios en la contratación de personal profesional de planta altamente capacitado y con experiencia demanda grandes sumas de dinero, siendo un factor de relevancia a considerar en los costos en los procesos de gestión, tomando en cuenta que los productos o servicios ofrecidos no deben bajar la calidad y su competencia en el mercado, por lo cual se realiza un estudio documental y de campo de la influencia del outsourcing o externalización en dichos procesos.
