Sistemas constructivos ventajas y desventajas

Abstract

Debido al desarrollo inmobiliario de la ciudad de Guayaquil tanto en construcción, remodelación, readecuación en las viviendas es importante considerar los diferentes tipos de sistemas constructivos, además de la factibilidad de los proyectos en función del sistema aplicado tanto para construcciones civiles. El presente artículo tiene como fin presentar diversos sistemas constructivos, en este caso se considera el sistema constructivo tradicional, sistema constructivo por estructura metálica y sistema constructivo Poliestireno Expandido, pues, estos son sistemas constructivos más usados en la actualidad, además cuentan con muy buena acogida en el país.
